Many times we are controlled by our fears. One of our biggest fear is the fear of failure.
We do not apply for a post because we fear failure, we never got to start our enterprise because of the fear of failure.
There is one thing which all big names in this world have in common..........at one time or another they've all failed. The other thing they have in common is that they never gave up, got back on their feet and tried again and again.
Are you living the life of your dream? Are you taking enough risks? Is fear standing in your way?

I have learned that the solution to overcome fear is to actually undertake/do whatever you fear the most.......... control your fear before it owns you.
Failure is the highway to success. If you've never failed, then probably you've never been far enough, you are probably not dreaming big enough.

I think you are absolutely right on this matter, it's important to try and take risk, though you should add that it's equally important to consider they possible dangers to failure for it is also a very fast way into even bigger failure.
